Coal miner PT Bumi Resources Tbk (BUMI) asserted, it did not know that China Investment Corp.. likely to sink investments in bonds and warrants to be issued EARTH.

“I do not understand it,” stated spokesman EARTH Dileep Srivastava, Tuesday (15 / 9). “Let’s not speculate,” he said.

A number of news mentions, that the China Investment Corp.. which is representative of the company’s government of China and the Earth has to finalize the draft agreement last week. Issuance is likely to reach 1.9 billion U.S. dollars.

Last month, Dileep is also asserted that the Earth is looking for several options, including the issuance of bonds, to finance its debt of 1.1 billion U.S. dollars which will be due within the next two years.
